“You’re either green and growing or ripe and rotting.”
So said Ray Kroc, founder of McDonalds.
And it’s a quote that Dale believes every business should reflect on.
“There are so many new trends and tools that smart businesses can take advantage of and thrive, whatever their size,” says Dale. “The businesses that are under threat are ones that stick to the ways they’ve always done things. A lot of what I do is dedicated to giving business owners fresh ideas they can embrace to become more profitable, productive and fulfilled in their work and life too.”
“I really enjoy the company of other entrepreneurs and mentoring many to make game changing improvements in how they run their business,” says Dale. “It’s wonderful to see how lit up they become about their business, and this has a really positive spinoff in other parts of their life as well.”
Dale’s passion for business kicked off at a younger age than most.
From his late teens to his early twenties, Dale dedicated himself to learning from the experts. He launched his first business at age 19, and created three different million dollar businesses by the age of 30. More recently he has focused on leading Business Blueprint®, a business education company he founded in 2009.
“Having a successful business allows you to achieve more with your life,” says Dale. “Whether it’s through my work as a speaker, author, business mentor or entrepreneur, I’m passionate about helping people in business to create a better life for themselves and the people their work touches.”
